Kulsum Akhter Kulsumi, who was sentenced to life imprisonment in the murder case has been arrested.
Kotwali police arrested him from the Patenga area of
​​Chittagong city on
Thursday morning.
Kotwali Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Nezam Uddin said the convicted Kulsumi has
been arrested. He will be sent to court today.
It is to be mentioned that instead of Kulsumi, a woman namred Minu was
sentenced to 2 years 9 months, and 10 days in
Chittagong Jail. Senior
Jail Super Shafiqul Islam Khan brought it to the
notice of the court. On
March 22, Minu was produced in the court of
Additional Fourth Metropolitan
Sessions Judge Shariful Alam Bhunya and were released
on bail. However,
a few days after her release on bail, Minu died in a mysterious accident.
