Energy Commission is going to promote three Chief Administrative Officers from
Senior Administrative Officers knowing their certificates as fake. These
certificates are made in Computer. Those
who are going to get promotion by managing a few dishonest Officers of the
Commission are- Senior Administrative Officer Md. Harun Ur Rashid Khan,
Moniruzzaman, and Afroza Sultana. They submitted their M.A. passed fake
certificates from Darul Ihsan University, Mirpur-1 Branch to the Commission in
2010. Darul Ihsan University is not affiliated with University Grants
Commission and it is a non registered University.
Sources
said that the appointment of Md. Harun Ur Rashid has done without following the
appointment rules. It is said in the appointment criteria that the candidate
should be passed in Science Group. He passed SSC and HSC from Humanities Group
in 1980 from Dhaka Board. He passed BA from Dhaka University and passed MA with
grade “A” in Islamic Studies from Darul Ihsan University. He passed from Darul
Ihsan University with grade “A”. This
certificate is made by himself, informed the sources.
When contacted with Md. Harun Ur Rashid, he denied to make comment on this issue.
