Railways Minister advocate Nurul Islam Sujon has said that Awami League government believes in communal harmony.

"All kinds of people have the liberty to practice their own religion. Now, Bangladesh is a role model in the world for communal

harmony and the nation is forwarding under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina."

The minister was addressing a discussion on Bodesshori Saktipit Temple ground in Boda upazila of the district on the occasion of Shuvo Mohaloya of the Hindu community as the chief guest

Deputy Commissioner Md Johurul Islam was present as special guest.

It was addressed, among others , by Boda upazila chairman Faruk Alam Tobi, Boda Municipality Mayor Advocate Ohahiduzzaman Suja, General secretary of Mandir Committee Modhon Mohon Ray, UP chairman Abul Kalam azad.

Nitish Kumar Bakshi, president of Mandir Committee, Presided over the function.
