PM, President congratulate Tigers on historic series win over Australia

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Friday congratulated Bangladesh cricket team for its series win over touring Australia in the T20 match keeping two matches intact.

Tigers beat Ausssies by ten runs in the series deciding T20 match at Sher-E-Bangla Cricket Stadium.

Besides, President Abdul Hamid on Friday congratulated all the members and management of the Bangladesh cricket team for winning the T20 series by winning three matches in a row against Australia.

The President hoped that the Tigers' winning trend will continue in the future.

Bangladesh won the third T20I against Australia by 10 runs at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur today which

is the first-ever bilateral series against the Aussies.

Tigers won the the five-match T20I series with two games to be played.
