Bangabandhu National Junior Athletics and Swimming Competition won the first place in 100 meters and 200 meters running as a glorius boy of Netrokona district. The name of a boy is Md Nasim. Nasim lives in the village Mojlishpur of Kendua Thana.

Netrokona Deputy Commissioner Kazi Md. Abdur Rahman welcomed Nasim to the Deputy Commissioner's office at 11 am on Tuesday (April 12) and congratulated him for his extraordinary achievement. The Deputy Commissioner encouraged him to go further.

The Ministry of Youth and Sports organized the National Junior Athletics and Swimming Competition 2022 on April 1 and 2 at Mirpur Government Physical Education College ground in Dhaka. Md. Nasim won the gold medal in that competition.

Md. Nasim is a class XI student of Majlishpur Mohammad Ali Siddiqui College, Kendua Upazila. Overcoming all obstacles, his victory has brightened Netrokona.
