Jewel Kumar Saha, Professor of
Physics, Jagannath University, completed PhD on ‘A Study on the Advancement of
ZnO thin film transistor by Spray Pyrolysis’ from the Seoul Campus of Kyunghee
University, South Korea.
On this occasion today (August 24, 2021-Tuesday) Jewel Kumar Saha exchanged greetings with Jagannath University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Md. Imdadul Haque. At this time, the treasurer Prof. Dr. Kamaluddin Ahmed and Prof. Dr. Noor Alam Abdullah,Chairman of the Department of Physics and other teachers of the department were present.
When contacted by mobile phone,
Professor Jewel Kumar Saha said that the activity of zinc oxide thin film
transistor which has been proved through research will be very effective in
energy saving. This will make a special contribution to the display we usually
use. It will be important to save the energy of our device as well as the
display of good resolution will be found in it.
He further said that his research
papers have been published in various journals. The research paper was
published in the journal IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices. His research
papers have also been published in the American Chemical Society's journal ACS
Applied Materials and Interference, Scientific Reports, and Advanced Materials
Interference.
Such new innovations and
achievements through the research of Jagannath University teachers will further
open the door of dreams for new researchers. Jagannath University will raise
the standard in the court of the world.
