PM shocked at death of freedom fighter Lokman Hossain

Prime Minister and Awami League president Sheikh Hasina on Friday expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of valiant freedom fighter Lokman Hossain Commander, also one of the protesters of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman killing.

She prayed for the eternal salvation of the departed soul and expressed sympathy to the bereaved family.

Lokman Hossain Commander breathed his last Friday afternoon due to old age complications. He was 92.

He left behind three daughters, three sons, and a host of relatives and well-wishers.

Meanwhile, Road Transport and Bridge Minister and Awami League General Secretary and Minister Obaidul Quader also expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Lokman Hossain Commander.
